What is the Axes of Change model? Briefly each axis refers to one of four core meta-programs which govern how we think-feel-and-respond when we encounter new information or challenging events. Each axis offers a continuum on which two polar perceptual filters exist which informs how we think about and code a trigger that invites a change. In terms of change, these deal with a person's motivational energy and direction, response style and readiness to change, and the reference structures that a person uses in creating the map for change and then translating it to the real world. By modeling how change and transformation actually occurs we have designed these axes of change so that a Coach (or anyone working with transformation processes) can dance with a client and follow his or her energy through that person's unique Matrix of frames. This enables the Coach to find and use the most effective leverage points in that client's mind-body (or neuro-semantic matrix system). The Axes of Change not only apply at the individual level, but also for organizations and groups and so provides a dynamically practical tool for Coaches as change-agents. In this presentation, Michael goes into in depth detail about the Axes of Change model's structure and use.

L. Michael Hall, Ph.D. is an entrepreneur who lives in the Rocky Mountains of western Colorado where he had a private therapy practice for many years, operated an NLP Training Center, and from where he began trainings in Meta-States and Neuro-Semantics.

Regarding NLP, he studied originally with Richard Bandler in the late 1980s and became a Master Practitioner and Trainer. His notes of the Bandler s trainings eventually became the books The Spirit of NLP (1996) and Becoming More Ferocious as a Presenter. He worked with Bandler on the Society of NLP and edited two books, Time For a Change and Applied Neuro-Dynamics....

As an author, Dr. Hall is known as a prolific writer with 30 some books to his name, more than 100 published articles and is recognized as a leading NLP Trainer and developer of many models, most notably the revolutionary Meta-States model and more recently the Matrix model. In 1996, Michael co-founded with Dr. Bob Bodenhamer Neuro-Semantics as a field of study and as an International Society.

Volume 1: Boxing Basics
Learn to use the foundations of Muay Thaiin MMA! In this volume, Sifu Parker teaches basic Muay Thai stance, footwork, movement, punches and combinations, defensive movement, and counter punching.

Volume 2: Elbow Strikes
Learn the three keys to power- regular elbow, upward elbow, and downward elbow strikes! Train with focus mitts and drills to build speed and power! Sifu Parker shows elbow drills such as the regular feed, the blitz, and the snap elbow drill. Finally, he will teach combinations with punches and elbows- very effective in MMA.

Volume 3: Kicking Basics
In this volume, Sifu Parker teaches kicking stance vs boxing stance, all aspects of the thai round kick including the 3 keys to the round kick, the left round kick, and recovery after the round kick. You will also learn to incorporate foot jabs and combination kicking into MMA fighting!

Volume 4: Knee Strikes
Sifu Parker will teach you, step-by-step , the structure and movement of knee strikes, basic knee strikes, and knee/kick combinations! This includes stance, body position, hand and foot position, long knee strikes, short knee strikes, as well as combos- right knee/right kick, right kick/knee, and kick/knee/kick.

Volume 5: Combinations/Counters
Now you learn to put it all together with 3 methods of training- solo, with equipment, and with a partner. Sifu Parker will use shadow boxing, Thai bag work, rope training, focus mitts, Thai pads, partner sparring, and drills to teach you advanced technique and combinations.
